"Stay Cool In Hot Weather"

Winter, Autumn , Spring and finally SUMMER.....
As we all have spent a lovely time in winters .This sudden flare of summer heat is  unbearable for us. As a nature loving person ,i  try to enjoy every season because every season has its own benefits  for all of us .For instance in winters we enjoy the juices of  oranges,sweetness of carrots, sourness of strawberries , bitterness of  grapefruit and especially   dry fruits which includes cashew nuts,peanuts,pistachios,almonds etc.
.These all are  the tastes of winters likewise in summer we all welcome the king of fruits Mango ,the queen of fruit Pomegranate (its my queen of fruits because i like it too much  =)...and lots more fruits to eat, full fledged bananas,sweet sweet pears, pulpy peaches..and so on.
Summer has its own charm and joys.We don't need to dress up heavily, not too wear too much clothing just simple,loose and light dresses, in summers we don't need to keep  moisture on our skin every time as we did  in winter. But its also has some harmful effects on all of us because every weather has its some harmful effects on human  beings but these effects are not because of weather its our own carelessness that we becomes the victim of these harmful weather effects.
We all well known that drinking plenty of water, avoid direct sun and ventilation in home are some remedies of getting rid of summer hazards. In spite of all these home remedies we have some special gifts from the treasure of nature:

.LEMON:       
Lemon is an easily available citrus fruit. It has tarty flavor.It is a rich source  of Vitamin C also contains minerals like calcium, magnesium as well as Proteins and carbohydrates .Its excess use in summer will keeps you fresh and active.Especially the lemonade drink will helps you to reduce harmful effects of ultraviolet rays.   Even when you have headache and feel  lethargic then use lemon as a medication . Rub a slice of lemon on your head you will get rid of your headache .
.TOMATO:
Tomato is a delicious , nutritious fruit  but more widely known as vegetable.Tomatoes have low calories and they are  rich in Vitamin A ,C and" Lycopene".Lycopene is a pigment that gives red color to tomato and its essential in prevention of many types of cancers.In summer tomato works as a shield to prevent UV rays and direct UV rays can be a cause of skin cancer.
 .YOGURT:
Yogurt is made from dairy product,it is very high in calcium which is highly beneficial for bones and teethes  
It improves natural defense, it contains a good amount of phosphorus and 88% water, which is excellently beneficial in summer.Its daily use in breakfast will keeps your  mind and body active. 
.MINT:            
 Mint leaves are especially good in warm weather when they can give a burst of cool flavor to your salad or beverage,Its frequent use in summer in the form of  tea ,beverage and salad will sooth your stomach and nerves. Its cooling menthol will protect you from heat  fatigues like weakened pulse,moist skin,feeling faint etc.
.WATER:
Drink plenty of water in the form of several fruit juices.
.ROSE WATER:
Spray rose water on your face after coming from outside in summer that will prevent your skin from harmful UV effects. 
.ONION:
My granny used to tell me that"keep onion in your bag it will keep you safe from extremely high temperature in summer"..and i always obey my dearest granny and keep onion in my bag or sometimes in my pocket but i don't have pocket in my University uniform so i keep it in my pencil pouch.Its true because onion has "flavonoid" and "sulphur", it has  shown to provide important anti-inflammatory benefits which are highly beneficial in protecting harmful sun rays .
                                AVOID!!! 
  • Daily use of meat
  • chocolates and nuts
  • junk foods
  • Packet  foods    
  • Don't keep water for  long time in plastic bottles
  • products that contains  heavy amount of spirit or alcohol 
  • long stay in cooling appliances

HAVE A HAPPY SUMMER:
We are so blessed by Allah that we can enjoy every season and have their seasonal benefits also. We should thankful to Him that He provides us such an ingenuity  in life which we can't even imagine about. 
So, do never think about the negative aspects of anything because our Allah always  does favor on us .Enjoy summer with an umbrella of protection =)

  6. worthy infrmatn,.. most of us use to say the specific season is not good and that,,,, bt there is altrnate of evrythng....n we shul be thnkful to GOD...:)
