Exam Phobia !

We all are now in this condition of  anxiety because exams are now just around the corner and we are not prepare for it (as usual). Its human nature, when ever there is any difficult task  to cross we become anxious towards it ,the fear of being  fail dissapointed us before coming to face the challenge .We all well known  and read several of times that why these fits of stress becomes the part of our thoughts but we did  never cure it.Anxiety is a sort of disease ,its a psychological state which doesn't allow a person to concentrate towards a certain thing either it's related to study or any other personal matter. It has reportedly observed that a majority of students becomes anxious when they have their exams.
>Problems which often students face during exams:
Several girls complains that  they don't feel hungry during exams and hate to eat in this stressful state while a majority of girls said that they feels more  hungry when becomes anxious..So what to do then...??Eat or not Eat!!!..I won't recommend that don't eat because i eats a lot when have stress around me ,though its just a lame excuse that this eating habit during anxious state somehow  keeps me out of stress but its a medical fact when we are in stress we try our self to come out of this situation so, that our body have some hormonal changes due to which some of us feels hungry a lot than usual and some of us don't...
>Remedy:
If you don't feel like to eat than try to take some lite food in the form of fruits and juices ,it will not only just keep you fresh but also compose you to come out of stress especially apples and bananas because apples contain iron  which keeps you strong  and banana has potassium which is very  effective against hypertension.   
>Lack Of Self Confidence:
Another main problem  is of no self confidence or lacking of self confidence so many students are fed up to it because they want to have confidence in their personality. My mother always recommend my sister to do the following procedure to develop confidence in the personality.
>Remedy:
> wake up early in the morning ,breath deep up to 5 - 10 times
>See your image in the mirror
>Focus in to your eyes in the mirror and said three times "I am best and i can do everything in the best way"
This procedure has been proved and recommended by several psychiatrist and yoga instructors. One of my cousin practiced it  and found a very positive change of developing confidence in herself .( i have also tried it ,but not every day because i don't want to be over confident =))
>Boring Assignments: 
ASSIGNMENTS!!!(oh God i am also feeling tense now)..when bombarded one by one then naturally they seems a torment  or a biggest punishment to us and punishment could never be interesting .When students are loaded with assignments they just want complete them  as early as possible due to which (we =( students never realized to feel the actual enjoyment of completing it with great responsibility and fun.
>Remedy:
>Start working on  assignments at the very first day
>Try to understand the hidden fun of each and every assignment
>Group up with  such students which you have any idea or past experience of their working
>If its your first experience of working in a group assignment then always include those class mates which are trustworthy for you .
>If you are a leader of your group then state a proper synopsis of your work ,divide equal work  to each of your co workers and give them proper  end line of submission.
>Concentration and wasting of time:
When we have a bundle of problems then how could we manage to concentrate towards a certain matter .Its also often seen that concentration  diverts when we are  in stress. Due to which most of us spend their time in wasteful activities.Many students starts to study their all subjects together which is not only harmful for their selves but for the time as well because they don't realizes that how much time they are wasting in this method of study.
>Remedy:
>Concentrate over one subject at one time
>If  fear of whole course traps you then just forget about your all subject and concentrate at the subject  you have to do necessarily
>Uploading each and every status on your social profile is not necessary,it wastes a lot of time
>If you don't feel like to study then read any interesting story,watch cartoon movies and talk to your mother ,father ,brother,elder sister or brother or any of your friend which can suggest you ideas for study well .This will keeps your head free of tensions and you will feel better in your studies.
                                                          >Pray:
Now finally pray for your best beginning because if your beginning is best then your result will be best automatically.We have a precious gift of prayer,its an wonderful exchange through which you handover your worries to Allah and HE handover HIS blessings to you!..Pray for the best for yourself and for your friends also.Do pray five times ,it is a perfect remedy of  all..
                                                          >Avoid Study When....
>you have headache
>In cough,cold,flu and fever
>When you have any other important work to do necessary ,do it first  then start study.
>Don't study when you  are anger on something, it will badly affect your study.
>when you feel sleepy
